Here was this morning's DIY workout courtesy of the WOD shop:
3 rounds
Run 400m
20x Pull-ups (which I did inverted rows off the kitchen table in place of)
20x Push-ups
20x Burpees
20x Squats
20x Walking lunge steps, each leg
This felt terrible!! It could be because last night at 7:30 I decided to run to a birthday dinner at Red Robin.
Or because I didn't take the Eric's Sport Shot before hand.
Or because I am leaving in 4 hours for the airport with DS4 and am not ready at all. Or because I had to stop for a clingy, crying DS4 with every lunge. But I did it. And now I'm off to pack and fly to Wyoming by myself with an 18 month old. Wish me luck!!
